Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information when it ships.

Delivery time

Our costumes ship from our partner warehouses. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take up to 20 business days.

If you order several styles, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after it's first issued.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipment, contact us through our contact page and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped within the United States don't incur additional customs fees or duties.
