Realms & Wonders is operated by CATMAXXING LLC. We want you and your little one to love your costume. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair and odors, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your costume arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Wrong size

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it for another size, subject to availability. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
